Schooling System

Wisdom is not the product of schooling, its lifelong process to acquire it. (Elbert Einstein)

Our Pillars of Excellence

  1. Awareness of Islamic and cultural Values
We infuse in our children the road to success passes through complying the basic
principles of Islam, the Quran and the teaching of Prophet SWA, our role model
    and real essence of life.
  2.  Skilled based Education
We believe that what we teach our children today will become redundant for them
in their practical life. We need to develop skills; they can apply and lead a
    successful life.
  3.  Physical and psychological growth
Good health always infuses positive energy in the mind. People with good health
    always enjoys healthy lifestyle.
  4. Social and Emotional development
Children learn best when they are socially, emotionally and physically liberated.
When children start knowing about themselves, their feelings, and expectations
while interacting with others. who they are, what they are feeling and what to
    expect when interacting with others.
  5. Health and environmental awareness.
Professor Warren Winkel stein’s 3P’s—pollution, population, and poverty— are
principal determinants of health worldwide. Population growth is associated with
poverty, and both poverty and population growth are real threat to economic
growth and children growth. Children must be taught to clean their surrounding
and environment for healthy and quality life.

The EIS is incepted after one decade research and observing worldwide schooling systems. What we have found that teachers are teaching curriculum and evaluating at the end of each term. We hardly find that they ever taught or evaluated children self-confidence, leadership and decision making, Citizenship and values, Communication and social relationship and Health and environmental awareness. An extraordinary teacher always conquers children fear. We can manage children with agreements, but making learning fun andinteractive need a teacher to learn the teaching skills. We in EIS never allow teacher enter in the classroom, until s/he has learnt the art of teaching.
Our schools are regulated based on ETQAN framework of quality assurance. No learning can happen without children engagement, that is why our focus is from knowledge to skill development. We believe in holistic development of child, that is why ETQAN framework comprised of children learning achievements. Personal development, teaching and learning, support and guidance and leadership, management and governance, regulate schools in terms of their practices. Apart from that we prepare our students to participate Program for International Student Assessment (PISA), Trends in Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS), Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (PIRLS), TOASTMASTER International, World Scholar Cup and STEAM Robotics and Coding.
